Evening Yoga Intensive On-Line

This one month program will focus on a gentle yoga practice to help you harmonize your day, relieve stress and tension from the body preparing for a deep restful sleep.

Classes will be one hour long and will include gentle asana pranayama and sivasana with guided meditation.
