Yoga has long been known to have therapeutic benefits. Yoga is designed to help relieve the root causes of stress and suffering and help the practitioner find ways to achieve inner peace and happy. Yoga therapy works with the individual to establish a regular habit of physical posture, breath awareness and meditation. Christopher love has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and has been teaching for the past 12 years. His breadth of experience from living homeless to traveling to India and working with People on all from all walks of life allows him 2 help is client fine tune exactly what they need to achieve the goals they set for themselves. Christopher prefers to work one on one with his clients Creating custom programs to fit the exact needs of his clients.

“I received a flyer in my mailbox about 3 years ago from Loving Spirit. At the time I was not practicing yoga so I went to a Thursday evening session with Christopher, and I was sold! Christopher manifests calm, patience, empathy with extensive knowledge,  divine practice and genuine integrity; always in the moment, never leaving anyone behind. During this time my son came home to live with me suffering from PTSD as a result of his tour as a soldier in the Afghanistan War. This young man was plagued with paranoia, fear, loss of feeling and empathy, with suicidal thoughts. I am the luckiest Mother because my Son agreed to yoga sessions with Christopher in 2018 as long as I or his Sister accompanied him, with no one else in attendance. Then my Son was ready to be alone with Christopher, so Christopher came into my home 3X per week. Christopher showed much patience and understanding and then in the start of 2019, I could see and hear change- I would hear my Son humming and then some laughter, and by early spring was going to Christopher’s studio alone and was looking forward to his time. Today my Son says that of all the people involved in his recovery outside of his family, Christopher’s teachings was the primary factor that lead him back to recovery – on a daily basis it continually enables him to cope with his stress and anxiety levels, taught him better breathing techniques, built his self-confidence up with the return of feelings and emotions.

For me, I now enjoy my practice with Anastasia. Life happens all the time and it is a gift to have loving Yoga Practitioners that share their time and passion to enable us to take time to reflect, heal, and move forward.
