When we think of getting in shape we usually just think about the body. All though our bodies are very important, to be truly fit we also need a sound mind, an open heart and a connected Spirit. This fitness challenge will help you to establish a healthy lifestyle routine for your total wellness.

The program includes

*Daily ONline Morning Yoga.

*Daily Meditation.

*Weight Training 3 days a week Cardio 2.

*Menu planning and cooking tips.

*Fasting education and support.

*Weekly ONline meeting

*Personalized Health Goal setting and a plan of action.

The only equipment you need is a yoga mat, dumbbells and a device you can stream on. Challenge yourself to get into total fitness and set that example you want to see in the world.


Being happy and being healthy are interrelated. Taking charge Of our health through our lifestyle will improve how we live here and now and the quality of life we will have in the future. When you register for this program we will set up our one-on-one meeting where we can make goals and create an action plan to correspond with the program. We will then meet every weekday for yoga and meditation in the morning, for weight training and Cardio the evening.
Every Sunday we will gather together online to check in and go deeper with spiritual teachings to bring into our daily practice. All classes are live, although recordings will be available, participation is strongly encouraged. The only way to get what you want is to take action.
