10am Gentle, meditative, Qi Gong Elemental Flow, in the garden, to drink in the potent energies of spring and store that lifeforce energy for the rest of the year when needed.
An ancient Chinese Elemental self alchemy: transforming your lead into gold( for all capabilities, seated or standing)
11-11:30am- break and refreshments
11:30am-12:30pm-Moving indoors into Sunroom Studio, Elke will guide us to paint with watercolours expressing our elemental alchemical experience in the garden!
Both Anastasia & Elke are master teachers of their trade and are able to teach all abilities together. Their passion, playfulness & joy will lift your spirits & satisfy your soul!
