I met Anastasia in 2000, more than 20 years ago! I have attended many of her yoga classes, experienced crystal healing, tantric yoga and now her latest revelation, Yoni Massage. I recently had a Thai Yoga Massage session with Anastasia and i was moved to tears (literally) by the energy work she did with me.  She used various methods i.e. Crystal Healing, Smudging, Aromatherapy oils , Breath & Visualization, Thai Stick Reflexology, and Thai Yoga Massage.  I felt something shift as she worked on aligning my chakras.  I was very impressed and i can’t wait to have another session with this lovely lady who exudes a loving heart and makes me feel so comfortable and safe in her space.  You truly are a gifted healer/teacher Anastasia  <3

Yoga is a way of life which will benefit anyone with a desire to embrace it provided they practice it regularly. Christopher’s one month intensive has been the key for me. It has established a foundation and enabled me to develop and maintain my own practice. I once felt lost and disconnected. Now I am connecting to my true Self and knowing my connection to all living beings.
