Spiritual Sundays will begin with a discourse, followed by an #Asanapractice for all abilities & complete with a Kirtan #Mantra circle!

We will also share spiritual tools with the #children in our Supervised kids play space! Like Kids #Yoga, #Pranamas, #Mandalas, Hug a rock club, chanting/crafts & more!

#Spiritual topics/themes will include the power of meditation, how to bringing prayerfullness into your life, The magic of #Tantra, Spiritual practice vs organized #religion, creating a #sacred space, the power of Chanting, Sacred sound, The power of Crystals, The power of Chi & MORE!!!
