This autumn, step into the mystery of your Shadow!
In this 8-week yoga series, we journey with the Dark Goddess to embrace the parts of ourselves we often hide — our fears, our wounds, our power waiting to be reclaimed.
Through Asteya ( Study ) Discussion ( Healing Circle) and Yoga
( Embodying the featured Goddess ) finished off with a guided inner journey to the Goddess and a Ritual Suggestion, we will:
🌑 Befriend the shadow — self with compassion and curiosity
🌑 Explore inner alchemy — transforming heaviness into strength
🌑 Cultivate wholeness — by integrating light and dark
🌑 Move with the wisdom — of the Dark Goddess within
Each week we’ll anchor in a Goddess practice & ritual that invites you to sit in the presence of your shadow with love, while weaving Goddess Embodiment practices to ground and empower you.

October 18 – Eris (Greek)
🌌 Goddess of chaos and disruption — opening the series with shadow truth, discord, and awakening.
October 25 – Andraste (Celtic/British)
⚔️ Warrior goddess of victory and justice — invoking courage and resilience as Samhain approaches.
November 1 – Morrigan (Celtic/Irish)
🖤 A goddess of battle, prophecy, and sovereignty — perfect for Samhain, guiding us through endings and transformation.
November 8 – Hel (Norse/Scandinavian)
❄️ Guardian of the underworld — inviting us to meet death, decay, and ancestral wisdom with courage.
November 15 – Inanna (Mesopotamian/Sumerian)
⬇️ The goddess who descends into the underworld and rises again — a journey of stripping away and rebirth.
November 22 – Sedna (Inuit/Arctic)
🌊 Ocean goddess of betrayal and transformation — calling us into the depths of shadow, surrender, and survival.
November 29 – Mary Magdalene (Christian Mystic/Gnostic)
🌹 Keeper of hidden wisdom, compassion, and divine love — she guides us toward illumination and prepares us for the rebirth to come.
December 6 – Final Celebration: Return to the Light – Goddess Rebirth Ritual
🌟 Our closing circle of reflection, embodiment, and renewal. Together we’ll honor the seven goddesses and our own shadows through a sharing circle, a yoga flow of descent and return, and a guided rebirth meditation. We complete our journey with a nourishing potluck feast, weaving our shadows into wholeness as we prepare to welcome the Solstice light.
