10am Gentle, meditative, Qi Gong Elemental Flow, in the garden, to drink in the potent energies of Summer Solstice and store that lifeforce energy for the rest of the year when needed.
An ancient Chinese Elemental self alchemy: transforming your lead into gold( for all capabilities, seated or standing)
11:00am-12:00pm-Moving indoors into Sunroom Studio, Elke will guide us to paint with watercolours expressing our alchemical summer Solstice experience in the garden!
12:00-12:45am- Social and refreshments
Both Anastasia & Elke are master teachers of their trade and are both able to teach all abilities together. Their passion, playfulness & joy will lift your spirits & satisfy your soul!
