About the Workshop
Join us for a soulful two-part online workshop where you will create your own Goddess Spirit Doll — a sacred object infused with intention, creativity, and care.
Spirit dolls have been made for thousands of years as talismans, companions, healing tools, and spiritual allies.
When you create a doll for yourself, your intention is woven into its very bones and form, making it a deeply personal and magical object — yours alone.
Artist and art therapist Willo Treschow will gently guide you through the process with patience, encouragement, and playfulness.
No artistic experience is needed — just an open heart and willingness to explore.
Materials to Gather
Scissors, glue, thread & needle
A branch (single or Y-shaped)
Stuffing (an old pillow works well)
Paper & pen
Costume jewelry or adornments
Fabric (thrifted scarves are perfect)
Polymer or air-dry clay (for the head)
Tinfoil
Wool, yarn, or fluffy materials for hair
Toothpick or wooden skewer
About Willo Treschow:
Willo Treschow is a lifelong artist, art therapist, and ceramicist who has been in a deep relationship with the Goddess for over 40 years. Inspired by Isis, Bast, Hathor, Danu, Freya, Sedna, and more, her work blends sacred intention, creativity, and healing.
A world traveler now rooted in historic Liverpool, Nova Scotia, Willo has taught hundreds of people of all ages, offering spaces that are patient, unjudgmental, encouraging, and joyful.
All are welcome. No experience necessary.
